About us

Senior operators, not a consultancy bench.

Decades of building, scaling and exiting data businesses across global institutions, scale-ups, family firms and charities. We run Vaul on the same methods we bring to your teams: comfortable at board level, and equally comfortable in the codebase.

Based in Edinburgh, operating across the UK, with clients across the EU and US.
